On 19 February 2022, the European Commission will organise the conference European Green Deal and Farm to Fork strategy: how innovation can support the transition towards global sustainable food systems hosted by France Pavilion at EXPO 2020.
This conference will contribute to the “Food, Agriculture and Livelihoods Week” at EXPO 2020. This will be the opportunity to engage in the discussion on the transition towards global sustainable food systems. The forum of discussion will explore what opportunities research and innovation can bring to support the transition worldwide.
The conference will be an on-site, high-level meeting with the possibility for additional audience to listen live-stream. This will allow the highest number of people to benefit from the exchanges among the panellists and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing global food systems. The speakers will include:
